No Matter the Venue, Praise Was Offered
Lifeway Christian Resources - Nashville, TN
The Challenge
If you’ve got a powerful message to deliver about transforming the lives of women through Bible study, worship, and praise through song, one of the best ways to reach the most people is to take the show on the road. And that’s exactly what Beth Moore’s “Living Proof Live” tour from Lifeway Christian Resources decided to do.
A big event on a multi-city tour presents its share of “challenges,” including a range of venues and stage set-ups. Lifeway brought The Production Solutions Group in to help with the logistics. It turns out that they got a lot more than that.
The Solution
The only way to stay on top of things and keep up the focus and energy was through constant communication. After making site visits to every planned venue, The Production Solutions Group team participated in regular meetings with event coordinators. To organize the series of shows, The Production Solutions Group made detailed plans, complete with drawings. And in order to maintain consistency and professionalism, a dedicated crew was assigned to the project.
Over the course of the multi-city tour, The Production Solutions Group delivered full production services with maximum clarity, impact, and effectiveness. With thorough research and planning, the team was able to successfully handle a range of venue sizes and layouts (including end-stage and in-the-round situations). In the end, they made sure that the integrity and priority of the message would be consistent and dramatic.
The Reviews
The pride and professionalism of The Production Solutions Group team has impressed the folks at Lifeway so much that they’ve turned to the company for a number of years running. Faith Whatley, Director of Church Ministry, Training & Events for Lifeway puts it this way, "One thing that has impressed me over and over again is that they care as much about the quality of the event as we do. We appreciate them for being our partners and our family on the road."
Praise like that doesn’t come lightly.

Medtronic - Minneapolis, MN
The Challenge
When a global, cutting-edge medical technology company wants to inform, reward, and motivate their national sales force, not just any event will do. An upbeat and professional atmosphere needed to be created – one that would successfully combine live presentations, motivational speakers, video clips, and theatrical displays. And that’s why Dan Frazier Productions (DFP) of Memphis, TN, continues to choose The Production Solutions Group to work on the Medtronic National Sales Meeting.
The Solution
Prior to the event, a number of planning meetings were held – it was determined that strong stage lighting, high-powered speaker entrances, and tight cues to video rolls and stage theatrics would be needed. In addition, The Production Solutions Group designed a system that would provide a constant video switch to the main stage and delay screens, while simultaneously switching to tape for post-production.
Once on-site, the seasoned and well-rehearsed The Production Solutions Group crew was ready to provide tight cues, deliver steady camera work, and coordinate a professional product. Lighting designers worked into the late night to create several stage “looks” that kept the tempo upbeat and ever-changing. The video crew rehearsed cues, and worked with the talent placement on stage. In addition, camera operators were ready to always be “live” to handle the dual video switch.
The Reviews
Medtronic was looking for the “Wow” factor, and they got it. The Production Solutions Group created an intense set that kept the energy high and the show moving.
In fact, the performance of The Production Solutions Group has been so consistent and professional that they’ve handled the Medtronic annual meeting every year since 1997. Dan Frazier, of DFP, sums it up this way, “You guys are golden. The event could not have run any smoother. The equipment performed flawlessly, and I really appreciate all the hard work... let’s do it again next year.”
